First off, we're sorry your product isn't working properly and we're here to get you back up and running with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Here are the four steps to successfully replacing your defective Steelseries product:
1) Please check the validity of your warranty and if covered, submit a ticket here
2) Our customer service agent may opt to help you troubleshoot the issue. If we confirm the product has a hardware-based defect that cannot be resolved through remote troubleshooting, we will then check the validity of the warranty claim.
3) If approved, you will receive instructions on how to fulfill the claim. This will be one of the following processes:
Destroy on Site process: The agent will instruct you to destroy your product and provide "Proof of Destruction" according to the parameters we outline for each particular product.
Return Process: We may, at times, require you to ship us the product to our office for further inspection
4) Once you fulfill the requirements in step 3, you will be issued a Steelseries.com RMA Credit to fulfill your claim. This code will be issued in the form of a webstore promotional code. The code has no monetary value.

-> Can be used to order the same product.
-> Is subject to the available inventory on our Steelseries webstore.
-> If we no longer carry the product model for which you're filing the claim, we will provide value equivalent to that of the closest replacement product available, at our discretion.
-> Is a one-time use code and does not retain any sort of monetary value.
