To cancel your order, please login to your SteelSeries account and follow the instructions below.
- If you do not have an account, please create one here using the same email you used during your order.
- Please be advised that any orders placed before account creation will not populate. However, future purchases will appear if you are logged in when placing the order.
Steps to Cancel:
- Navigate to your Account Order History
- Click Cancel Order
- Select Cancel Reason
- Confirm Cancel Order
If you do not see an option to cancel your order in your order history, it means your order has been processed and is no longer able to be canceled.
- If you receive the parcel and wish to return for a refund, please visit our Support Page and use our support NPC located at the bottom right corner to contact us for further assistance.
- Once your return is received and processed, you will receive a full refund.
