To cancel your order, please login to your SteelSeries account and follow the instructions below.
If you do not have an account, please create one here using the same email you used during your order.
Go to:
Order History (1) > Cancel Order (2)> Select Reason > Confirm Cancel Order (3)
If you do not see an option to cancel your order in your order history, it means your order has been processed and is no longer able to be canceled.
- If you want to continue with the cancelation, please refuse delivery with the courier and the package will be returned back to us.
- If you receive the parcel and wish to return for a refund, please submit a ticket so that our support agents may assist you.
- Once we receive it, you will receive a full refund.
