If your SteelSeries device isn't showing up in SteelSeries GG, try these troubleshooting tips:
- Plug your device into a different USB 2.0 or 3.0 port (skip USB hubs or adapters).
- If your device uses a USB transmitter or dongle, make sure it's plugged into a USB 3.0 port.
- Double-check that you have the latest version of SteelSeries GG. You can find the latest version here!
- Restart SteelSeries GG as an admin and then reconnect your device.
