Not seeing your device when launching Engine, try these steps!
Try some of these PC settings/tips
Plug directly into a rear USB port, use a 3.0 USB.

Update SteelSeries GG to the latest version

Try another USB port or cable.
Disable USB power-saving features. Sometimes Windows power-saving settings can turn off USB ports to save power.
If that doesn't work, try restarting SteelSeries GG

Quit GG completely
Right‑click the SteelSeries GG icon in your system tray/taskbar and choose Quit (or Exit).

Restart GG
Launch SteelSeries GG again from your Start menu or desktop.

Reconnect your device
Unplug the device, wait a few seconds, then plug it back in.
After restarting GG, check the Home screen again to see if the device appears.
- Restart your PC - Sometimes, USB or driver issues are resolved by a full system restart.
- Reinstall SteelSeries GG If your device is still not detected in GG, try a clean reinstall. Click here for help on how to reinstall GG.
If the device still is not showing correctly:
- Leave SteelSeries GG open
- Unplug the device
- Wait 10 to 15 seconds
- Plug the device back in
- Give GG a moment to re-detect the hardware
