Keyboard not showing the right colors?

Is your keyboard not showing the right RGB colors, similar to this image? Here are a few things you can try to get it to work!

Ensure that your region is correctly selected.

Sometimes, GG might not see your correct keyboard region. You can fix this within GG!

1. Open GG
2. Go to the Engine tab

   • Find your keyboard.

      

3. Go into your keyboard OLED & settings tab
4. Under the "Keyboard Region," find your correct region.

Check your PC settings.

Sometimes your keyboard might be in one region while your PC is set to another region. This can also cause this issue. Let's check to see if this is correct!

1. In your search bar, "Time & Language" 
   • You can also look for "Time & Language" in your settings home screen.
2.  Scroll down to "Typing" or look for the typing option
3. Find language and region.
   • From there you can pick your correct region or language to go with your keyboard.

If you're still having issues, try the following:

• A different USB port.
• Use a USB 3.0 port
• Connect directly to your PCs motherboard.
