Hey there, don't worry this is a simple solution!
- For the PlayStaion or PC version make sure the headset is set to USB 1 for Sonar and Engine to see your headset.
- If you have the Nova Pro Wireless for Xbox make sure you are using the USB port and not the Xbox port for Sonar and Engine to see your headset.
