If your headset is not connecting, you can manually pair it with the transmitter using the built-in menu.
How to pair the headset
Step 1
Press and hold the volume wheel on the transmitter until the menu opens.
Step 2
Go to:
Options → Pairing
Step 3
Select Pairing and follow the on-screen instructions.
What to expect
- The pairing process takes a few seconds
- Once complete, audio should resume normally
If pairing does not work
- Make sure the headset is powered on
- Move the headset closer to the transmitter
- Restart both the headset and transmitter and try again
