By default, the Arctis Pro Wireless includes a volume limiter to comply with regional safety regulations. You can disable this setting through the transmitter menu.
Adjust the volume limiter:
Step 1
Press the main knob on the transmitter to open the menu.
Step 2
Scroll to Options and select it.
Step 3
Scroll to Volume Limiter and select it.
Step 4
Set Volume Limiter to No.
You can now access higher volume levels.
Important:
- The volume limiter is enabled by default to help protect your hearing and comply with regional safety regulations
- Disabling this setting allows the headset to reach higher volume levels
Listening at high volume for extended periods may lead to hearing damage.
If you choose to disable the volume limiter, you do so at your own discretion. SteelSeries recommends using moderate volume levels and taking regular breaks during extended use.
If your volume is still low:
- Check in-game and system volume settings
- Make sure ChatMix is balanced correctly
- Confirm the correct audio device is selected
