Here at SteelSeries, we try our best to guesstimate the delivery date. We try and communicate this in the cart and on our support pages.
- SteelSeries is now part of the GN Group! Look out for delivery communication from 'GN Group' related to your order.
Outside of the holiday season, your order will typically ship within 1-3 business days.
Once this has been dispatched and the courier has accepted the parcel, a tracking number will generate and be emailed to you separately.
The shipping transit time is:
- Standard: 1-7 business days

Express: 2-3 business days
- Backordered Items: Your order may stay pending if you ordered a product already in backorder status from the start of the order. We’ll notify you as soon as they are available to ship.
- Combined Shipment: If you ordered additional items, we'll hold off on shipping until all items in your order are ready in order to ensure you receive everything at once.
- Estimated Delivery: Typically, backordered items are expected to ship within 5-10 business days, but we will keep you updated on any changes.
