Return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. A return tracking number is requested as proof that the product was shipped prior to the expiry date of the Refund Authorization.
You may use any courier of your choice to complete your return. Please make sure that the courier you choose is able to directly deliver to one of the return addresses provided in your ticket. We are unable to pick up from a parcel point.
We offer a 30 day return policy from the date of delivery.
Refund will NOT be granted if:
Any items are damaged
Any items are missing parts
If the item is damaged, or if our internal investigation determines that the wrong product was shipped, we will work with you on a resolution.
