SteelSeries provides a paid return label to customers for returns.
Customers who purchased from steelseries.com may reach out to our support team via Order History in your Order Dashboard, or by visiting our Support Page and using our support NPC located at the bottom right corner.
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery for all items purchased from our website, including apparel.
- Please note that if you are returning items that were included in a bundle order, you must include all items from the bundle in your return to receive a refund.
Refund will NOT be granted if:
- Any items are damaged.
- Any items are missing parts.
- Any items are missing from the bundle within a bundled order
If the item is damaged, or if our internal investigation determines that the wrong product was shipped, we will work with you on a resolution.
