Many of our SteelSeries gaming headsets feature an analog connection, which means that they connect to your gaming rig with a single 4-pole 3.5mm connector or two 3 pole 3.5 mm connectors. This allows you to connect your headset to devices with a headphone jack that may otherwise not support USB connections.
However, SteelSeries Engine is unable to configure your device while in this configuration. If your headset is supported by Engine, please connect your headset via USB to configure the device. For more information, please read this article: USB product support for SSE.
