Connect Your Arena 7
Place the left and right speakers on the corresponding sides of your monitor or gaming setup.Connect the cables from the left and right speakers to the matching L and R speaker inputs on the back of the subwoofer.Connect the included USB cable:
- Plug the USB-C end into the USB-C PC input on the subwoofer.
- Plug the USB-A end into your PC, Mac, or compatible PlayStation console.
Connect the power cable to the subwoofer and a power outlet.Turn on the power switch located on the back of the subwoofer. Use the subwoofer volume control to adjust the bass level to your preference.
Select Arena 7 as Your Audio Device
Windows
- Right-click the speaker icon on your taskbar.
- Select Sound settings.
- Under Output, select Arena 7.
- Play some audio to test your speakers.
When using a wired headset with a microphone through the Arena 7 headset jack, select Arena 7 as your Windows input or recording device as well.
macOS
- Open System Settings.
- Go to Sound.
- Under Output, select Arena 7.
PlayStation
Connect the Arena 7 to an available USB port and select the Arena 7 as your console’s audio output device.
Set Up SteelSeries GG
For access to firmware updates, equalizer settings, RGB customization, and additional audio options:
- Download and install SteelSeries GG on your computer.
- Connect the Arena 7 directly to your computer through USB.
- Open GG and go to Engine.
- Select Arena 7 from your connected devices.
- Install any available firmware updates.
- Customize your EQ and RGB lighting settings.
Arena 7 includes onboard memory, allowing supported EQ and lighting settings to remain saved when the speakers are connected to another compatible device.
For additional Windows audio customization, you can also enable Sonar inside SteelSeries GG.
