While the headset itself does not have a hardware reset button, resetting the GameDAC can help with some issues.
Step 1: Change the USB Port
- Plug the DAC into a different USB port on your device (if possible).
System Settings > Reset > Yes - Make sure it’s connected directly to the system, not through a hub.
Step 2: Access the DAC Menu & Reset the DAC
- Press and hold the large dial until the menu appears on the screen.
- Scroll to System Settings and press the dial to select it.
- Scroll to Reset and press the dial again.
- Select Yes under Reset to Default and confirm by pressing the dial.
Once the reset is complete, let the DAC fully reboot and then test it again.
