But we'd like to let you know, before proceeding as requested please make sure you have a screenshot of your custom configurations/macros as the steps listed before will be resetting your drives. This can cause you to lose any custom configurations/macros.
1. Navigate to the Application folder SteelSeries software and use the uninstaller to remove the program.
2. Choose 'restart' from the System menu to reboot
3. Install the latest software from this page: steelseries.com/engine
4. Make sure the software is allowed to make changes to your system in Security & Privacy -> Accessibility
