**Please note some OS versions as well as Macs with M1/M2 chips installed may not work and not have full functions when using the GG app. Some functions are but not limited to, Button bindings, except keypress and mouse, button bindings, Angle snapping, Accel/Decel, and Text-based macros**
If you are using a Mac device, Engine may require additional permissions to detect your device and enable certain Engine-based functions.
You may need to enable the input monitoring permissions in Security & Privacy Settings for it to work. You can access this setting via the following:

- -> Enable Input Monitoring

If the checkbox is greyed out, please click the lock icon in the lower left to enable editing.
If you using a PC also check, if you have any VPN software installed on your PC?
If so, please completely remove it, and reinstall Engine from here:
Once you have reinstalled Engine, you can now try to install your VPN software however, it may cause the issue to emerge again.
