If SteelSeries Sonar virtual devices are not showing up in your Windows sound settings, please do the following:

Restart SteelSeries GG and your computer
- Close SteelSeries GG completely
- Restart your computer
- Open SteelSeries GG with Administrator rights (right click on SteelSeries GG > Select Run as Administrator)
- Check if the virtual devices now appear in Windows sound settings

Reinstall SteelSeries GG
- Uninstall SteelSeries GG from your computer
- Open the Windows Control Panel
- Go to "Uninstall a program"
- Find SteelSeries GG in the list and uninstall it
- Restart your computer
- Download the latest version of SteelSeries GG from the official website (https://steelseries.com/gg)
- Install the new version
- Restart your computer again
- Open SteelSeries GG and check if the virtual devices appear
- Uninstall SteelSeries GG from your computer

Update and check Windows audio drivers and services
- Update audio drivers:
- Right-click on the Start menu and select "Device Manager"
- Expand "Sound, video and game controllers"
- Right-click on your audio device and select "Update driver"
- Choose "Search automatically for updated driver software"
- Check Windows audio services:
- Press Win + R, type "services.msc" and press Enter
- Locate "Windows Audio" and "Windows Audio Endpoint Builder"
- Ensure both services are running
- If not, right-click each service and select "Start"
- Restart your computer
- Open SteelSeries GG and check if the virtual devices appear
- Update audio drivers:
If you've followed these steps and the Sonar virtual devices still don't appear, please contact SteelSeries Support.
