When you’re setting up Device Manager, you can tweak each virtual audio channel one by one if you want full control. But if you’ve already found a setup that feels just right, the easiest play is to hit “use the same device on all output channels.” That copies your backup device switch and priority order across every channel, so you don’t have to redo the same setup over and over. Huge time saver, way less hassle.
Quick heads-up: when you’re configuring Device Manager, you’ll only see devices that are currently active/connected. So if a headset, speaker, or other device is unplugged right now, it won’t show up in the list. If you want to use it later, make sure it’s connected first before setting things up.
