How do I Factory Reset my Rival Pro?

Here's a quick guide on how to reset your Rival Pro to the default factory settings. 

To reset your Rival Pro, please follow the steps provided below: 

1. Hold the Power/DPI button down on the bottom of the mouse for 15 seconds
2. The mouse will blink orange and switch to the normal LED (battery, wireless, etc.) indication when complete
3. Once you have reset the mouse, you can reset the base station by pressing and holding the button down on the base station for 15 seconds
4. The base station will blink orange and switch to the normal LED (battery, wireless, etc.) indication when complete

The factory reset can also be completed in the Engine section of our GG software.  To access the factory reset, please navigate to the "Power & Device" tab of your mouse settings.  Then click the Factory Reset button.  

Completing a factory reset through Engine will reset both the mouse and the base station back to the default factory settings.
