The SuperSync base station has a few default sensor/polling rates that correspond to the colors listed below
Sensor setting / Polling Setting:
- 1K / 1K – Pink
- 1K / 8K – White
- 2K / 8K – Cyan
- 4K / 8K – Blue
- 8K / 8K – Magenta
The default settings can be changed by accessing your mouse settings in the Engine section of our GG software:
Please follow these steps to access the default sensor and polling rate settings:
- Open up "GG"
- Click on the Engine Tab
- Double-click your Rival Pro
- From there, you'll click the Performance tab.
- Click on the level you want to change
- Set the Ultra-wideband Polling Rate or the Sensor Report Rate
- Finally, you'll be able to test different SuperSync settings!
