If your GG app looks like it is glitching into the matrix with distorted graphics, shattered menus, or overlapping text, you are likely experiencing a Hardware Acceleration conflict or a corrupted UI cache. Here is how to clear the corrupted files and lock in a stable interface:
Close the App entirely. Even if taskbar icon isn't visible to you, GG may still be running. To make sure you fully close GG, you will need to launch Task Manager and close GG. Select GG and go ahead and click 'End Task' or you can right click on the icon and click on "Exit"
Open your Run command by pressing the Windows Key + R. Type
%appdata%and press Enter. Locate the folder namedsteelseries-gg-clientand delete it to clear the corrupted cache.
On the left end of the taskbar, select the Windows Start icon or press the Windows logo key on your keyboard. Search for SteelSeries GG and open it.
Click on Settings (the gear icon) and stay on the General tab. Scroll down to find Hardware Acceleration and toggle it to the OFF position.
Once you've completed steps 1-4, close GG once again. To fully close GG, refer to Step 1.
Once you've closed GG, you can now launch the app and it should work as intended.
