Hey gamer! Are you having some issues trying to log into your GG account? Try some of these tips.
Check for VPN, Firewall, or Proxy.
Some VPNs will block apps if you do not whitelist the app. We recommend trying to disable either your VPN, Firewall, or Proxy, and then try logging in. Additionally, you can also try to whitelist the app.
Verification email
Make sure you verified your account via the email we should have sent out to you when you first created this account.
Restarting GG.
Close GG via the red X.
- Open your system tray and close out of GG.
- Relaunch GG!
