You just hit a god-tier clip, but when you play it back, your reaction is barely a whisper while the game audio is blasting. If your voice is getting drowned out in SteelSeries Moments, Windows might be stealth-nerfing your volume levels in the background.
Here is how to get your comms back in the mix:
Press Windows Key + R to bring up the Run dialog box.
Type sndvol and press Enter to open the classic Windows Volume Mixer.
Scroll through your active applications and look for your designated game (or your specific voice routing app).
Drag the volume slider all the way up to 100% (Windows has a bad habit of secretly dropping this down to 10%).
Capture a quick test clip in Moments to make sure your voice is loud and clear.
GLHF!
