If you are experiencing connection issues, resetting and re-pairing the headset and Game Hub may resolve the problem.
How to: Reset the base station
Press and hold the main wheel on the Game Hub to open the menu.
Go to: System Settings → Reset
Select Yes and follow the on-screen instructions.
Your Game Hub is reset!
How to: Re-pair the headset
On the Game Hub, go to: Wireless → 2.4G → Pair
Press the main wheel to confirm each selection.
When Pair is highlighted, press the wheel again to view pairing instructions.
Turn off the headset.
Press and hold the power button on the headset for at least 6 seconds until you hear a beep.
The headset should now pair with the Game Hub.
How to: Power cycle your headset
Disconnect all cables from the Game Hub.
Remove the batteries from the headset and Game Hub.
Leave the devices powered off for at least 2 hours.
Reconnect all cables and reinsert the batteries.
Power on the system and test the connection.
Alternative: Reset using SteelSeries GG
You can also reset the headset through SteelSeries GG (Engine) on your computer:
- Open SteelSeries GG
- Go to Engine
- Select your headset
- Go to the Settings tab
- Click on Reset under the "Factory Reset" section
