The Arctis Nova Pro lineup & Nova Elite use a hot-swappable dual-battery system to help keep you in the game with minimal downtime.
When one battery runs low, simply remove it from the GameHub or headset and replace it with the second charged battery. If the battery is swapped within 8 seconds ⏰, the headset will automatically power back on, so you can get back to your audio fast without a full restart.
How battery hot-swap works
- Remove the low battery from your headset
- Insert the charged spare battery
- If the swap is completed within 8 seconds, the headset will power back on automatically
Good to know
- The spare battery charges in the GameHub
- The battery system is designed to make long gaming sessions easier
- You do not need to manually power the headset back on if the swap is done in time
- If it takes you longer than 8 seconds, you will need to power the headset back on manually, using the power button
Travel tip: when you're away from the GameHub, you can also charge the battery through the USB-C port located under the left earcup speaker plate.
