Need help reinstalling gg? We've got your back!
But we'd like to let you know, before proceeding as requested please make sure you have a screenshot of your custom configurations/macros as the steps listed before will be resetting your drives. This can cause you to lose any custom configurations/macros.
From the Start button (Windows key) or the search taskbar
- Search, "Add or Remove Programs".
- Once here, look up "SteelSeries GG"
- Click on the 3 dots and click the Uninstall option.
To reinstall GG.
- Click here to download GG!
- Pick your OS between PC and Mac.
- *This will not work on Chromebooks or mobile phones.
- Once selected, you will see a download of an .exe file, which is GG!
And now GG should have been reinstalled! Now, get back out there and be great! FOR GLORY!
