Have you played with too many settings?
If you’re getting a blank screen, loading circle, or GG isn’t opening for you at all, try the following:
**If you have a VPN installed Please make sure to navigate to Program Files > SteelSeries >GG and ensure that both SteelSeriesGG.exe as well as SteelSeriesGGClient.exe are added to your exception lists. If this did not help, please try to completely remove your VPN and try to reinstall GG. If the loading circle or black screen is still showing please try the following,

Step 1:
Fully close the SteelSeries GG app. Press Ctrl+Shift+Esc to open Task Manager.
Find SteelSeries GG in your Processes list, click it, and hit End Task to make sure it isn't lurking in the background.
Select GG and go ahead click ‘End Task’
Step 2:
Press your Windows key and type SteelSeries GG. Right-click the app (or look at the right-side menu) and select Run as administrator. Click "Yes" to grant it the necessary permissions.
IMPORTANT: You will run GG as administrator only ONCE.
Step 3:
After launching as admin, complete whatever setup/step you needed to do, then fully close GG again - repeat Step 1 to make sure no background minions remain.
Respawn the app and check performance!
