Can't seem to get to your device's settings? Give these a shot:
- Unpair and re-pair your Bluetooth device
- Within Bluetooth settings on your device, select the Unpair option
- Re-pair your device by putting your device in Bluetooth pairing mode and re-connecting to your mobile device
- Turn bluetooth ON/OFF on your mobile device
- Turn your mobile device ON/OFF
- Try pairing and connecting another Bluetooth device
- Clear Bluetooth cache on your mobile device by navigating to your device's Settings > Apps > See all apps > Bluetooth > Storage > Clear Cache
- Try resetting your Bluetooth and Wi-Fi settings by navigating to your device's System > Advanced > Reset Options > Reset Wi-Fi & Bluetooth > Reset > Confirm by entering your PIN if prompted
