Hey, no worries! Nothing bad's happened. Lets try a few things!
- Your app might be out dated! Go to your app store search up "Arctis Companion app" and see if there is any updates.
- If the problem persists, try resetting your headset or gamebuds by holding the pairing button for 10 seconds until the LED flashes, then re-pair them with your device.
- If that doesn't work, see if you have any firmware updates, that need to be done to your headset. You can see this by connecting your dongle to your PC or Mac and in GG you should see this, if you have an update.
- Open SteelSeries GG -> Install any update shown on the device banner. (If you do not see an update, your device is already on the latest firmware.)
