If you’re experiencing an issue with GG, Moments, or Engine, sharing your GG GUID may help our team troubleshoot and resolve your issue more quickly.
Open the GG App: Go to Settings > About and Privacy. Scroll down in the About and Privacy section, you'll find your GUID highlighted in blue in the image below.
If GG Won’t Open: Navigate to C:\ProgramData\SteelSeries\GG\guid.json in Windows Explorer. Open the guid.json file to find your GUID
NOTE: Do NOT copy and paste the file thread. Manually search and access each folder within the file thread.
NOTE: If the files do not appear when manually searching, It's possible that the programdata folder is hidden for you. Our apologies for not clarifying, you can find this folder if you click VIEW> Enable hidden items as shown below:
