We're here to help you connect your Arctis GameBuds to the Arctis Companion App. There are a few steps that we'd like you to go through to make sure everything is ready to go.
- Connect the wireless dongle to a computer with GG installed
- Open GG and access the Engine section
- Update the firmware for your GameBuds if there is a firmware update available
- Access the app store on your mobile device to make sure that the Arctis Companion App is up to date
Now, let's go through a few additional steps to make sure your Arctis GameBuds are properly connected to your phone.
- Dock your GameBuds in the charging case
- Forget the GameBuds as a Bluetooth device on your phone
- Disable then Enable Bluetooth on your phone
- Re-pair the GameBuds to your phone
- Try connecting the GameBuds to the Arctis Companion App again
- Reinstall the Arctis Companion App if the issue persists
