In case Moments clips are flickering, or becoming black, it might be caused by an Nvidia Fast Sync option, in which case it is best to set it to standard Vsync.
To do so:
- Please navigate to the Nvidia Control Panel Select "3D Settings" shown in the orange box
- Then please select "Manage 3D settings" shown in the orange box
- Please scroll down to "Vertical Sync" option and select standard Vsync instead of the Fast option' shown in the blue box
