To update your Arctis GameBuds for Xbox, please go ensure everything is set up properly on your PC. This way you'll be back in the game in no time.
- Check that the physical switch on the wireless dongle is set to PC mode instead of Xbox. Setting it to PC mode will enable usage on Non-Xbox platforms.
- The Arctis GameBuds will then be recognized in GG on your PC, and you'll be ready to proceed with the update!
- Can't find where to update? Go into the Engine section of the GG software and you'll see the Arctis Gamebuds device in your list of devices. Then you will see a blue "Firmware Update Available" banner that you can click on to proceed :)
