How can users toggle Rapid Tap? and how do I know its on?

There are two main methods to toggle it:

1. In the config window, a new Rapid Tap widget is available under the “Actuation” tab. Users can toggle it on/off in this widget
2. After updating the firmware, on-board controls will be added.
   1. Users can toggle it via the new hotkey (SteelSeries key + Q)
   2. Users with a TKL keyboard can toggle it in the oLED under Actuation > Rapid Tap

When Rapid Tap is toggled on, the keys that are set will glow purple for a short time. Additionally, users with a TKL will see a new Rapid Tap icon on the oLED screen (looks like ↔️ )
