Why won't PRISM detect my Arena Speakers?
*Please note prism will only work with the Arena 7 and 9 speakers*
If PRISM is not detecting your Arena Speakers, try the following:
- Make sure the USB cable is securely connected from your speakers to the PC
- Close and restart the PRISM software
- Try connecting your speakers to a different USB port
- Check for Windows updates and install the latest SteelSeries Engine update
- Disable any VPN, firewall or network monitoring software temporarily to test
The lighting customizations in PRISM are not syncing to my Arena Speakers
If the PRISM lighting customizations are not matching the lights on your speakers, try:
- Confirm the latest SteelSeries Engine update is installed
- Restart or reconnect the Arena Speakers
- Reset the PRISM settings or software to default
- Ensure no conflicting third party RGB software is running
- Disable HDR from your monitor
Only one Arena Speaker is being detected in PRISM
If only one speaker is showing up in PRISM, attempt the following:
- Check the USB connections on both speakers to your PC
- Test each speaker individually through different ports
- Update drivers and PRISM/SteelSeries Engine software
- Rule out defective cables by swapping or testing spare ones
The audio on my Arena Speakers is distorted or lagging
For distorted audio issues, try these PRISM the following:
- Adjust Windows sound settings to CD quality 16-bit, 44100 Hz
- Disable any CPU/memory intensive programs or processes
- Test speakers without PRISM customizations/lighting enabled
- Update SteelSeries Engine and any system/hardware drivers if available
- Change the USB ports connecting the Arena Speakers
*Please note all
