2.4 GHz provides you with a range of polling rates that can reach up to 1000 Hz / 1 ms. This will provide you with gaming-grade performance with no latency using a wireless dongle that connects to your device.
Bluetooth has a default polling rate of 125 Hz / 8ms and does not require a dongle on any Bluetooth 5.0 compatible devices.
The Aerox 9 Wireless has a switch on the bottom of the mouse that allows you to easily switch between bluetooth and 2.4 GHz.
