Here's a quick guide on how to reset your Sensei Pro to the default factory settings.
To reset your Sensei Pro, please follow the steps provided below:
- Hold the Power/DPI button on the bottom of the mouse down for 15 seconds
- Hold the button on the base station down for 15 seconds
- The LEDs should blink orange and return to the normal LED (battery, wireless, etc.) indication when complete
The factory reset can also be completed in the Engine section of our GG software. To access the factory reset, please navigate to the "Power & Device" tab of your mouse settings. Then click the Factory Reset button.
Completing a factory reset through Engine will reset both the mouse and the base station back to the default factory settings.
