How do I re-map buttons on my Aeon Pro controller?

Need to re-map your buttons to get you that W?

You can remap your buttons straight from your controller through the OLED screen or you can also change them on GG Engine settings.

Controller Steps to Map:

1. Hold the View button and the Menu buttons to go into the OLED settings. 
2. Then scroll down to Mapping and press A.
3. The "Select the button to map" screen should then show up 
4. Press the button you'd like to reconfigure and click Menu to confirm
5. Press the button you want it to be bound to and press Menu again to confirm
6. "Mapping Completed. Saved" should now appear on your OLED screen

Example:

• Press P3 (paddle 3) then Menu to confirm.
• Press the button you want it to be bound to like LB then press Menu again to confirm.
• It should show "Mapping Completed. Saved” when completed

You can also undo mapping from the controller or GG Engine.

Controller steps to Unmap:

1. Enter the settings on your controller's OLED screen 
2. Hold the View button and the Menu buttons to go into the OLED settings. 
3. Then scroll down to Mapping and press A.
4. Decide which button you'd like to unmap.
5. Select "Unmap Button".
6. Press the Share button and hit Menu to complete the unmapping process.

Example:

• Press P3, then the Menu button to confirm
• You will then see “Unmap Button” on the bottom of the screen. 
• Press the Share button and then hit Menu to confirm.

There are primary and shift layers when mapping and can be seen more clearly in the GG Engine settings.
