Need to factory reset your controller for a clean slate?
While the controller is ON:
- Press and hold the View and Menu buttons to get into the settings menu
- Use the D-pad to go down to “Settings” and press the A button
- Then use the D-pad again to go down to “Factory Reset” and press the A button to get into that setting
- Use the D-pad to choose “Yes” then press A to complete the Factory Reset
Please note that factory resetting the controller will delete the customized settings you have created on the controller itself. If you still have settings on your GG Engine, your controller will resync settings you have made on the software the moment it's connected to your PC again.
