You can restore your Arctis GameBuds to factory settings using the Arctis Companion App or SteelSeries GG on your computer.
Reset using the Arctis Companion App (Mobile)
Step 1
Download and install the Arctis Companion App from:
- Apple App Store
- Google Play Store
Step 2
Open the app and connect your GameBuds.
Step 3
Go to Settings.
Step 4
Select Restore Factory Defaults.
Your GameBuds will reset to factory settings.
Reset using SteelSeries GG (PC/Mac)
Step 1
Open SteelSeries GG.
Step 2
Go to Engine.
Step 3
Select your Arctis GameBuds.
Step 4
Click Restore Factory Defaults and follow the on-screen instructions.
