- PlayStation: After plugging in the device, go to Settings > Devices
Currently, the Nintendo Switch does not support USB mice, except in very rare circumstances.
Can I use my custom configuration on console?
If your mouse supports on-board profiles via Engine, the following will work on Xbox Series X and PS5:
- CPI
- Polling Rate
- Non-macro keybinds, such as Keyboard Buttons or Mouse Button rebindings
Macros and lighting customizations do not save to the device.
Does my mouse work XYZ specific game?
Kindly reach out to the game developer directly to inquire about the permissibility of using a mouse while playing on a console. It is common for game developers to disable mouse input for their games. In situations where mouse usage is allowed, it is important to bear in mind that you may be matched with other players who also employ mice, as this is perceived as an unfair advantage compared to those using controllers. It is essential to honor and appreciate the decision of the game developer if they choose not to allow mouse input on consoles!
