Please go through the steps provided below to re-pair your Rival 3 Wireless. 

 

  1. Connect the Rival 3 Wireless’ Nano Dongle to an available USB port on your device.

  2. Toggle the Wireless Mode Switch to the “2.4 GHz” position.

  3. Now, please access the Engine Section of GG, and select the Gear Wheel when hovering over the Rival 3 Wireless.

  4. Click Pair Device and the Scroll Wheel will glow orange when connected. 
    • If you do not have GG installed, please follow the link provided here and install the latest version of GG.
