This guide covers how to set up your headset on PC, PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, and mobile, so you get clean audio, clear comms, and the best possible experience on every platform.
💻 PC Setup (Windows & macOS)
- Connect the headset to the ChatMix Dial
- Connect the ChatMix Dial to your PC via USB
On Windows:
- Open Sound Settings
- Under Playback > Select Arctis Pro Game Audio > Click Set Default
- Under Recording > Select Arctis Pro Chat > Click Set Default
- In your VoIP or chat application > Set Arctis Pro Chat Audio as the default audio device
On macOS:
- Go to System Preferences -> Sound
- Under Output > Select Arctis Pro Game Audio
- Under Input > Select Arctis Pro Chat
- In your VoIP or chat application > Set Arctis Pro Chat Audio as the default audio device
🎮 PlayStation Setup
- Connect the headset to the ChatMix Dial
- Connect the ChatMix Dial to the PlayStation via USB
Note: Surround sound and ChatMix are not supported in this configuration.
🎮 Xbox, Switch, Mobile Setup
Depending on the device you want to connect, plug in the headset to the Xbox controller, Nintendo Switch in tablet mode or your mobile device using the 3.5 mm mobile cable included with the headset.
