On Nova 4 headsets, the sidetone feature is enabled by default. Sidetone allows you to control the amount of mic input that is routed back into your headset, so you can choose how much of your own voice and surroundings to hear.
But if you're the type of player who prefers to go full stealth mode and doesn't want any distractions, you can disable this feature in a few quick steps. First, link your headset to your PC using wireless connectivity and make sure you’ve got SteelSeries GG installed. Then, navigate to the Engine > Gear tab—this is your command center. From here, toggle the mic sidetone feature off, and you're good to go. Now, you can dive back into the game with no echoes of your own voice, focusing solely on the sounds of the battlefield.
