1) Connect your controller to your personal computer or Mac by utilizing the micro USB port situated within the battery compartment.
2) Find the GG on the SteelSeries downloads page. GG is available for downloading on both Windows and macOS 10.13+ - download it from this link.
3) Launch GG. Locate the Stratus XL via Engine.
4) Once you have successfully located the Stratus XL, please be aware that in the event a firmware update is necessary, it will be indicated by a prominent "CRITICAL UPDATE" banner displayed below the device, as demonstrated below. Make sure to leave the controller plugged in until the firmware update process is finalized. Only disconnect the controller when you receive specific instructions to do so.
