Having trouble getting SteelSeries GG to launch? No worries, here's the short version:
Do you have any VPN software installed on your PC? If so, please completely remove it, and reinstall Engine from here:
- Reinstall SteelSeries GG from here: Download GG
- After reinstalling GG, you can reinstall your VPN, but it may cause the issue again

You can also attempt a clean reinstallation outlined below:
- Uninstall SteelSeries GG via Control Panel → Add/Remove Programs
- Restart your PC
- Delete any old GG installer files
- Re-download and install the latest version of GG
- Run GG as Admin
Now you're working with a clean install!
