Regular cleaning helps maintain sound quality, comfort, and hygiene. Follow the steps below to safely clean your Arctis GameBuds.
Before you start
- Power off the GameBuds
- Disconnect them from any device
- Do not use excessive moisture or harsh chemicals
How to clean the GameBuds
Step 1
Remove the ear tips from the earbuds.
Step 2
Clean the ear tips using a soft cloth or rinse them lightly with water.
Allow them to dry completely before reattaching.
Step 3
Use a dry, soft cloth or cotton swab to gently clean the earbuds.
Step 4
If needed, use a slightly damp cloth to remove dirt or buildup.
Do not allow moisture to enter the speaker openings.
Step 5
Carefully clean the speaker mesh using a dry brush or cotton swab.
Step 6
Reattach the ear tips once all components are fully dry.
Important
- Do not use alcohol, solvents, or cleaning sprays directly on the earbuds
- Do not submerge the earbuds in water
- Make sure all parts are completely dry before use
If sound is still unclear after cleaning
- Check for debris blocking the speaker mesh
- Try a different set of ear tips
- Test the earbuds on another device
