When you connect your headset to a Windows PC, it'll switch between two Bluetooth profiles:
-
A2DP: One-way, but gives you full audio quality.
-
HFP: Two-way, but the audio quality drops.
If Windows detects you're using the mic, it'll automatically switch to the HFP profile to make sure your mic works. So, if you're in-game or using an app that needs your mic, make sure both your default playback and recording devices are set to the Hands-Free Device in your Windows settings.
For the best, lag-free audio and top-tier quality, we recommend using a USB or Analog connection whenever possible. Stay crisp and clear in your game!
