If your Aerox 3 Wireless fails to pair to the dongle after a firmware update, please make sure both the dongle and the Aerox 3 Wireless are updated.
- Disconnect whichever device is currently connected to your PC:
- If your Aerox 3 Wireless is currently connected, unplug it and connect your dongle
- If the dongle is currently connected, unplug it and connect your Aerox 3 Wireless
- You should see the red banner reappear, indicating there is a critical update appear underneath the Aerox 3 Wireless device card. Click that banner and the firmware update should proceed as normal.
