This may be caused by the ClearCast AI feature.
By default, ClearCast AI is enabled when starting Sonar. Please try disabling this option and see if the same issue will persist.
You can find this option in the Chat and Mic tabs of Sonar.
If you are still encountering issues, let's further do the following:
- Go to Windows Sound Settings > Sound Control Panel > Playback Devices > For each device go to Properties > Advanced > Exclusive Mode > Disable "Allow applications to take exclusive control"
- After disabling this feature, restart GG
