The shipping carriers are currently extremely backlogged due to the COVID-19 situation and could possibly take more than 24-48 hours to start moving.
Your order will be processed in our warehouse within 24 business hours ( 3 business days ) and handed to the carrier. If your tracking number is stuck on Pending status or has not updated since the last time you checked, please note that the information on the tracking site may not be updated for a few days and can be highly inaccurate.
We have recently experienced an issue where the tracking number wasn't populating in our system even though it was shipped out. Instead, the status page showed "Preparing for shipment." We've been working on fixing this issue ASAP and apologize for the trouble and confusion this has caused. Rest assured your order has been processed and your package is on its way to you.
If you’ve contacted the carrier and were informed that your package was not transferred over, please note that there may be some miscommunication with the relevant departments at the carriers as they experience a huge influx in shipping - some carriers are experiencing issues with scanning packages to update their systems. Rest assured, your package has left our warehouse and is on the carrier's truck.
We are unable to expedite this process while the shipping carriers work through this backlog.
